Business Registration

Welcome to BizReg Portal. By registering or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Your Service Company.

Services

We provide online business registration package selection, invoicing, payment collection, and plan activation / renewal as described on the portal.

Account accuracy

You confirm that information submitted is true and complete. You are responsible for keeping contact details updated so you receive invoices and alerts.

Payments

• Online card / UPI / netbanking payments may be processed by Razorpay.
• Bank transfer and UPI (manual) payments require admin verification of UTR before activation.
• Plans activate only after successful payment confirmation (auto via Razorpay or manual admin approval).

Tenure & renewals

Your package tenure starts as stated on the invoice / success page. Renewals and plan changes create unpaid invoices that must be paid to extend or switch coverage.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the portal, attempt payment fraud, or reverse-engineer our systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal or payment gateway downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction where we operate, unless otherwise required by law.
